Tom Adrian
Tom Adrian is a co-founder of the firm and has practiced law for over 40 years. He is known for top-notch service to clients, ranging from non-profit and for-profit businesses to individuals needing estate planning. Tom has also dedicated himself to bettering the surrounding community through leadership on a variety of civic and church organizations.

Reece Hiebert
Reece D. Hiebert is an Associate Attorney with Adrian and Pankratz, P.A. Reece graduated from Washburn University School of Law in 2021. During law school, Reece served as an executive officer for two terms with the Agricultural Law Society, and also served as an executive officer with the Oil and Gas Law Society. Reece was also awarded two certificates of concentrated study in Oil and Gas Law and Natural Resources.

Dave Stucky
David Stucky served as a partner with Adrian & Pankratz, P.A. and practiced law at the firm for over ten years. He currently has an “in house” job where he handles real estate legal issues for a multi-state region. However, Mr. Stucky still works closely with the firm on numerous water law matters. He has also immersed himself in a number of nonprofit boards including United Way and the Newton Chamber of Commerce. While in law school, Mr. Stucky graduated in the top five percent of his class and participated in various academic activities including serving as the comments editor on the law review and being selected for the regional moot court competition, where he and his partner earned best appellate brief in the competition.
